Trapunto is a quilting technique used to add dimension to quilted work. In this workshop Becky will teach you create this effect using a layer of wadding on the inside of your project's top fabric and washable thread. You will then learn how to layer and quilt your work's outline and background to pop the motif forward and push the background back. Once you have created your design, you can either free motion quilt the background or shadow outline stitch with the foot on. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit This is an early morning workshop which will finish as the show opens for the day.
