Locker hooking is a technique that is similar to loopy rag rugging, but it locks the loops in so they can't be pulled out. It also has a crochet like action so is brilliant for crocheters! In this workshop we'll cover the basics so you can leave with the skills to keep going. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
