130-Overlocker Flutter Sleeves for a Bolero

In this class, Becky will show you how to add a flattering and comfortable pleated flutter sleeve to (almost) any armhole. This could be done during the construction phase of your garment, or to replace or add a sleeve to an existing garment. During the workshop, you will assemble and fit sleeves to a simple stretch bolero jacket base using an overlocker. We will also explore stretch seams and rolled hems. While this project utilises the features of an overlocker, this sleeve replacement technique could also be achieved with a sewing machine.
