083-Knicker Making with Ribbing

In this practical overlocker workshop, you will make a pair of full brief lounge knickers in your chosen size. The knickers will be made from soft cotton jersey fabric, which has been chosen for comfort and to be kind to your skin. Instead of traditional lingerie elastic, which can be irritating, a cotton stretch ribbing will be used to create a soft, elasticated waistband. For the leg openings, you can choose between cotton jersey leg bands or ribbing leg bands, depending on your preferred finish. Each pair of knickers will include a lined gusset panel made from the same cotton jersey as the outer fabric. You will be contacted to confirm the size of knickers you want to make ahead of the event. Optional lingerie bow embellishments can be added with simple hand sewing to complete the piece. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit This is an early morning workshop which will finish as the show opens for the day.
