In this workshop Becky will show you how to calculate the size of a stretchy neck band to apply to a neckline of a garment so it lays flat. You will add a band to a circular piece of fabric to make a cape, to practice the technique which is applicable to finishing arm and neck holes on many different garments, especially stretch ones. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
