Kantha is a centuries old hand Bangladeshi stitching technique. In this relaxing workshop you will use three different thicknesses of perle 12 thread to create a beautiful landscape using just a running stitch. Angela will show you how using different weights of thread will give perspective to your work. As you stitch, Angela will tell you about the history of kantha and how, for this technique stitch size does not matter. Colours may vary from those shown. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
