Create your own personalised stitched letter motif on fabric, and fill in the letter with simple hand embroidery stitches and colourful embellishments. This is a fun class suited for all abilities, and you can add your finished initial onto a bag or jacket for the perfect personalised fashion item. Artist Jessica Grady will introduce you to simple hand embroidery stitches including straight stitch, chain stitch, french knots and needle weaving, as well as tips and tricks for working with different threads, choosing colours and building your pattern inside your letter. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit This is an early morning workshop which will finish as the show opens for the day.
